1. Where do you ship to?

2. Where is my package?

Tracking information is provided for every delivery and will be sent to you as soon as the package leaves our warehouse. If your package has not moved for a few days, please get in touch with us at: info@cobags.com

 

3. Does it fit my bike? 

  • The BikeZac is designed for use with a standard luggage rack and standard mudguard. A classic mudguard support bar is necessary for proper bag support.
  • Always fill the bag to at least 50% of its capacity.
  • We do not recommend using our Bikezacs on folded bicycles.

 

4. I want to return the bags, how do I do it?

We gladly accept returns within 14 days from the date on your receipt.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@cobags.com and clearly state that you wish to return the item(s) within the 14-day return period.

Return conditions:

  • Goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as received, with all original tags attached and packaging undamaged.
  • You may test the item, but not use it.
  • Returns are at your own expense.

Once we receive the goods and approve the return, we will process a full refund to the original credit card used for the purchase. This policy helps protect against fraudulent use of stolen credit cards.
